Ciera Honsey

Ciera comes to Ageless with an extensive background in customer service. She graduated from the University of Washington with her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 2007. After spending many years in the food and beverage industry, she has finally found her place here at Ageless. She loves talking with people, making them feel at ease, and ensuring they have the best experience possible. She has a passion for helping others and believes that having fun is key to a healthy mental attitude. Her motto for life has always been "Maximize your happiness". Ciera is a Seattle local and her favorite things include her adorable pet chinchillas, a delicious slice of pizza, and leisurely walks around Greenlake.

Danielle Richardson MA

Danielle graduated from Everest College as a Certified Medical Assistant in 2008 with a 4.0 and at the top of her class. She has advanced training in lipodissolve and mesotherapy. Danielle assists with all procedures and surgeries at Ageless. Bright and beautiful, Danielle is a compassionate caregiver and absolutely passionate about her work.

Gwen Dewey

Gwen brings to Ageless an extensive background in consulting and patient care. In her position as Cosmetic Consultant, Gwen has the opportunity to educate Dr. Schell's patients about all the wonderful treatments that are available to them. Each individual presents unique needs and wishes. Her goal is to ensure that every patient has a treatment plan that reflects their own specific desires. She strives to create a long-lived, realizec plan that will take patients to their goal. Gwen is a Midwest native who has branched out slightly from the fields of central Illinois. Her last move before coming to Seattle was Basel, Switzerland; fortunately her entire family skis, hikes and generally enjoys the outdoors! She has many passions in life, from travel and food to gold and yoga.

Jamie Grenzner MA

Jamie has been with Ageless since the winter of 2009. Prior to attaining her certification in Medical Assisting, Jamie earned her degree in Zoology and worked in Student Affairs at the University of Idaho. Always smiling, Jamie brings her warm nature and love of helping others to the Ageless family. Her friends and family are a very important to her and her free time is dedicated to spending time with them.

Janell Bailey

Janell started her career in the cosmetic industry as a massage therapist in 1996, primarily focusing on deep tissue massage and injury massage techniques. While working in massage in the Seattle area at various spas, she made the decision to pursue her aesthetic license and medical assistant education. Janell is both highly dedicated and enthusiastic in her duties and enjoys taking the time to understand and evaluate patients' concerns. She is then able to use her skills and experience, along with the best technology and technique to help patients meet their goals. We all want to look our very best, and helping patients set realistic personal goals and achieve those goals is both rewarding and fulfilling to Janell.

Originally from India, Janell grew up in Eastern Washington. She enjoys "Bollywood" music and movies. Married to a trained chef, Janell enjoys eating and drinking wine with family and friends. She is also a huge football and soccer fan.

Lori Cotton

Since nearly the beginning, Lori has played a key role in providing extraordinary customer service both via phone and in person at Ageless.  She is a remarkable source of information for clients and painless scheduling of appointments. She is passionate about others, always going the extra mile to help clients and her fellow employees alike.  If one could choose a role model for a “way of being” Lori would be that mentor.  

As truly one of the most knowledgeable and compassionate individuals in the industry, Lori is a gift to Ageless and to you, our cherished client.

Nicole Leonce

Nicole is a native of Seattle and a graduate of the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute for Esthetics. She has spent two years as a treatment consultant at a cosmetic practice in Florida and has been in the medical spa industry for over four years. She is extremely passionate about educating others regarding their skin care needs and options. Nicole loves to travel to visit her family in England and St. Lucia, a beautiful tiny island in the Caribbean. She also enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and loves to read, especially during a rainy day in Seattle.
