Pulsed Dye Laser
Pulsed dye lasers (PDL), such as the Nlite, are very effective at removing dilated veins, angiomas (hemangiomas), and port wine stains. While it is very effective at treating facial veins, it causes bruising, so most people prefer treatment with the YAG laser. Occasionally very stubborn or large vessels will require treatment with the PDL.
