Liposuction and Liposculpturing

This minimally invasive surgical removal of unwanted fat from various areas of the body and face will improve contour and enhance appearance through the use of small surgical cannulae (suction instruments).

Fat Transplantation

Small amounts of your own body fat are removed from an unwanted area and transplanted to another area of the face or body. This is most commonly used to create fuller lips or reduce the creases from the nose to the mouth. Other frequent uses include augmentation of the cheek bones and softening the appearance of aging hands.

CO2 Laser Resurfacing

This highly effective and extremely safe medical technique is second to none for removal or reduction of facial wrinkles and scarring from acne. Uneven pigmentation of the skin from disease processes or sun exposure can also be treated by CO2 laser resurfacing.

Yag Laser Resurfacing

The Yag laser provides a lighter treatment than the CO2 laser and can provide faster healing times. This laser used in combination with the CO2 laser provides the highest degree of effectiveness for treating facial acne scars. Yag laser resurfacing can be used to rejuvenate the skin of the neck, arms and hands, and can also be used to treat the uneven pigmentation of the skin from disease processes or sun exposure.

Eyelid Lifts

Surgical lifting of sagging or "baggy" upper and/or lower eyelid skin restores a rested, youthful appearance. This is accomplished by several methods, some of which leave no visible scars.

Face and Neck Lifts

Surgical tightening (lifting) of the facial and neck skin and muscles provides a more youthful appearance. Dr. Barbara Schell customizes this procedure to each individual.
