Medical Spa Etiquette

In order that we may provide all clients with the very best experience and care, please respect the following policies while at Ageless.

  • Please turn off all cell phones and pagers.
  • Please maintain conversations at a considerate (low) volume.
  • Please, no children or pets.

Robes, slippers, towels and hairdryers are provided. Locked storage is available for personal items. Ageless will not he held responsible for lost or stolen property.

Late Arrivals and Cancellations

All appointments have been designed and scheduled to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment and proper and careful performance of your service or consultation. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible or may not allow us to perform your service that day. Please understand this respects the client that has an appointment immediately following your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations for all spa and medical appointments require 24 hours notice. Late cancellations made less than 24 hours or failure to honor appointments will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service or services.

Privacy Policy

At Ageless, your privacy is one of our highest priorities, along with safety, and excellent cosmetic medical care. We abide by the strictest privacy regulations including HIPPA Federal laws. We also greatly respect all personal information given to us and understand general concerns about identity theft. We will not sell, share or trade your information with anyone, unless expressly ordered to do so by a court of law, the CDC (Center for Disease Control) or other medically required ordinances. We are required by law to have you complete a federal HIPPA privacy policy, which you have undoubtedly filled out at other medical offices. You may download this, review it and fill it out prior to your first visit or complete on site.
